Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Vinh was born in 1975 in Thai Binh, Vietnam. He works at the AMST as the chief of the Department of Electronic Wireless Devices. He won the first prize in the Vietnamese national competition of scientific-technical creation (VIFOTEC) twice (1997,2020), and the third prize in the Vietnamese National Mathematical Olympiad (1998). He got a Ph.D. degree in Russia, at Moscow State Technical University named after Bauman, in 2006. In July 2019, He became an associate professor. He has taken part in many scientific projects, for example researching and applying the control software, designing and installing parallel systems for processing information in automatic systems accompanying flying objects, constructing the project, and technical theoretical factual foundations for fire-power antiaircraft complexes with small height to intercept Tomahawk rocket, etc. Besides he has 75 publications in prestigious international journals in nonlinear control, modeling, inertial navigation systems, adaptive control, and control systems in aeronautics.
